Born in the Philippines and raised in the UAE, Robert William Anchuvas Pereña is an experimental director, editor, songwriter, and artist (under the moniker, perowian), currently working full-time as a film lecturer in Dubai.

The quirky/quiet kind, he aims for world peace whilst creating creative conundrums with his camera, a computer, and a glass of water.
